As a therapist, my primary goal is to foster a safe and inviting environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your emotions and experiences. I believe deeply in a client-centered philosophy of therapy, which emphasizes a collaborative approach centered around a positive, empathetic, and warm therapeutic relationship. I strive to practice with genuineness, intention, compassion, and non-judgment.

I have a passion for working with youth, and have spent much of my career counseling children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I love helping families work through relational discord and overcome barriers to connecting, and I especially enjoy watching young clients grow, learn to navigate emotional challenges, and realize their self-worth.

I also have experience working with individual adults on their healing journeys. I believe everyone is capable and deserving of inner peace, and I would consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward greater emotional well-being.

Anxiety, Depression, Eating disorders, Adolescent issues, Teens and pre-teens, Family therapy, Young adults
