I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC, NCC, MA) and a published psychology scholar. I am a gentle and compassionate advocate for multidimensional, experiential and holistic approaches aimed at restoring balance to one's mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual energy bodies. I merge ancient wisdom with contemporary psychological research, offering a unique perspective that enriches the therapeutic process. I believe in the transformative power of understanding oneself and encourages clients to harness their strengths and navigate their journeys with authenticity and purpose. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and achieve meaningful change.
Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, along with a Master’s in Communication from Saint Louis University.
