About Cory Reid-Vanas, MA LMFT
Clinical Therapist & Founder
As a therapist, I believe that each individual or family is the expert of their own lives, so I take a collaborative approach to understanding your needs and establishing specific goals to help you make healthy choices and create a purposeful life. My focus is empowering you with the tools you need to navigate the difficult moments by developing coping skills and the self-awareness to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected.
I believe that when you take the opportunity to learn, practice, and integrate effective tools for working through challenges and celebrating successes, you can develop healthy relationships and participate positively within your family, social circle, and community. My clients inspire me and I am dedicated to their success. It would be an honor to work with you in assessing your strengths and establishing strategies to help you grow and find fulfillment in life.
