About Emily DiModugno, MSW LCSW
Clinical Therapist
Therapy is one of the hardest and most rewarding things you can do for yourself. As a therapist, my approach is rooted in empathy, encouragement, truthfulness, and a hint of sass. I believe in a direct approach that empowers clients to reach their fullest potential. By asking the hard questions, I help you explore and understand your authentic self, uncovering the thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back.
In our sessions, we’ll foster a collaborative dynamic built on honesty and open communication. I aim to create a space where you feel secure and supported, allowing for real growth and exploration. I also believe that laughter can be a powerful tool in the healing process, so expect a sprinkle of humor along the way!
Emily received her Bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University in Social Services and her Master’s degree from Rutgers University in Social Work. She has worked in PHP/IOP settings dealing with Eating Disorder and General Mental Health concerns.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling, hiking, making home-cooked meals, and reading.
