I believe one of the most courageous things one can do as a person is to be vulnerable enough to ask for help. I find the collaboration in the therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client to be one of the most inspiring processes there is. I create a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients, one where they feel simultaneously seen and validated in their experiences and safe enough to closely examine their experiences and patterns in the pursuit of growth and change. I find it a privilege to hold this space for clients and appreciate the opportunity to celebrate their successes while helping them navigate their challenges.
