I am excited to explore collaborative opportunities with clients, bringing my expertise in adult autism support and trauma-informed care to meet their unique needs. My approach is grounded in a patient, positive, and client-centered philosophy, prioritizing structured support and teamwork to help clients achieve their goals. By employing evidence-based ABA techniques, I work closely with individuals to create personalized strategies that address challenges and enhance overall well-being. This includes improving daily functioning, social skills, and developing coping strategies for independent living, employment, and social relationships.
I'm passionate about celebrating clients' achievements and continuously motivated by their progress. My goal is to equip clients with the skills and resources they need to overcome their challenges. Kelli has worked with individuals with ASD, ADHD, Trauma history and anxiety for the last 5 years. During this time she completed a Masters of the Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently working towards sitting for the BCBA exam later this year. Kelli specializes in creating behavior and treatment goals for individuals with ASD, ADHD and anxiety.
Kelli grew up in Indiana and moved to Colorado to work as a behavioral therapist after completing her Bachelors in 2021. Kelli enjoys reading and enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Colorado in her free time.
