Kristen Zhu, MS LPC
Clinical Therapist
As a therapist, I believe that healing occurs in a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and emotions. I take a trauma-informed approach that honors each individual's unique journey while providing specialized tools to help navigate the healing process. My focus is creating a therapeutic relationship where clients of all ages can process difficult experiences, develop resilience, and reclaim their sense of safety and empowerment.
I believe that when provided with appropriate support and evidence-based interventions, individuals and families can heal from traumatic experiences and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work extends to couples seeking to strengthen their connection and communication patterns. My clients' courage inspires me daily, and I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive care that addresses each person's specific needs. It would be an honor to create a safe space for you to grow and to advocate for what you need in your healing journey.
