Behavioral Therapist
As a dedicated professional with a decade of experience working with individuals of all ages, I specialize in supporting people with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. My expertise extends to working with clients diagnosed with autism, ADHD, CDLS, septo-optic dysplasia, and various learning disabilities. Additionally, I provide mental health support for those experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression, and related mood disorders.
My approach focuses on teaching socially significant behaviors including communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies. I believe in collaborating directly with clients and their care teams to develop personalized treatment goals that provide the skills needed for success. My philosophy centers on patient, positive, client-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with structured support tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations.
I am committed to meeting clients where they are most comfortable, providing services in home, community, and office settings to ensure accessibility and effectiveness in treatment.

Rachel graduated with her undergraduate degree in Human Services in 2020 and recently completed her Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She will be eligible to apply for her BCBA certification in 2025.
When not working with clients, Rachel enjoys camping, hiking, arts and crafts, and roller skating. She values time spent with friends and family, embraces learning new things, and cherishes moments with her beloved three-legged pitbull companion!
