I have experience helping individuals in the areas of stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, social/emotional skill development, executive functioning, language acquisition, relationship skills, and navigating life transitions.

I am interested in creating a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy. I take great care to ensure that my clients develop the tools they need to not only feel better but to thrive both personally and in relationships. I have experience helping individuals in the areas of stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, social/emotional skill development, executive functioning, language acquisition, relationship skills, and navigating life transitions.

Sarah earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. She is a Licensed clinical social worker in the state of Colorado. Sarah has provided clinical mental health services in schools, communities, day-treatment centers, and hospitals. Sarah is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients by creating a foundation of kindness and trust.

Sarah also has a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is a Registered Behavior Technician. She is in the process of completing the requirements to obtain her BCBA. Sarah has experience working with individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. She has provided intensive behavior analytic services for several years.

Sarah moved to Colorado in 2017 and enjoys doing yoga, hiking, camping, snowboarding, reading, and exploring new restaurants with her friends and family.
